Note: Customers are solely and fully responsible for all measurements and making sure merchandise will fit into its intended destination. Inability to complete delivery due to doorways, halls, or other obstacles may result in a failed delivery, at which point any delivery fees may not be refunded or credited, and new arrangements made for pick up or delivery.
Endicott Home Furnishings will deliver from our physical store location in Scarborough, Maine to destinations from The Berkshires in Massachusetts to the Bar Harbor area of coastal Maine. Rates for delivery are based on actual driving time from our store using Google maps driving times and your exact delivery location.
Other factors such as multiple flights of stairs, long carries, ferries, special packing for Casco Bay Lines ferry freight drop off, etc. will add a bit to our subsidized delivery costs, which remain unchanged since April 2006.

Home Delivery Services for areas outside our local delivery area:
Home delivery (white glove services) are available in all lower 48 states EXCEPT: Montana, Nebraska, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota. We no longer charge for special packing of your furniture at the factory; we will cover these costs for all white glove in-home delivery services, which are prepaid when you order.
A responsible party over 18 years of age must be present at the time of the delivery. The responsible party must inspect and accept full responsibility for the condition of the furniture and, upon satisfactory results of a careful overall examination, sign documents releasing the delivery team of all responsibility. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of the delivery is the sole responsibility of the receiving party. Without proper documentation, we have no recourse with the transportation company or the factory, and all repairs will be the responsibility of the consumer. That said, we will do everything we reasonably can to fix the furniture with your help finding and hiring a local furniture repair technician, obtaining needed parts from the factory, etc.

Above prices are from actual deliveries in the last 12 months, but prices change and we must quote your delivery based on number of pieces, overall weight, and other factors that may impact the cost, such as:
- Additional time (we allot 20 minutes for an inside delivery)
- Additional Labor (we send two men)
- Stairs (more than two free flights)
- Long carry (further than 150 feet)
- Waiting time
- Attempt (if customer no show)
- Refusal (customer refuses at residence or prior to delivery attempt)
- Customer pick up from a regional distribution center
- Day Specific
- Time Specific
- Reimbursable expenses (at cost, including but not limited to: ferries, bridges, tolls where applicable)
- Haul away
